April 21, 20206 yr No Amazon or Apple data for yesterday hence Ava dropping back out I believe she’s risen on spotify since yesterday
April 21, 20206 yr I believe she’s risen on spotify since yesterday Still significantly lower than on the other two platforms though, hence the drop
April 21, 20206 yr Could Gerry out-sell 5SOS and Dua's first week? Would be really impressive if he could do so Even with the missing data Beth holding on to top 5 is very impressive, she might even be able to hold on top 20 which would be a great result - she's only 3.2k behind last week's #21 sales
April 21, 20206 yr Is it true 'Ocean Drive' is on this album or is it a remix? I find this so funny. The song is like 5 years old! :o It has a spectacular number of views on Youtube as well.
April 21, 20206 yr Vera Lynn still just about in the top 40 then, just a shame it looks like she won't get a place there at the end of the week. And those are really high figures for Michael Ball and Captain Tom, think they've got this week's number one single in the bag now! Words I never thought I'd be saying even a week ago
April 21, 20206 yr I wish so much that Duke Dumont had been getting hits over the years since then instead of someone like, say Jonas Blue. He's pretty much never put a foot wrong for me musically. Me too. The Jonas Blue songs I've heard are awful. The Fast Car remix... The only Duke Dumont song I've ever heard that I didn't like as much was I Got U. It wasn't awful, I just didn't think it was amazing.
April 21, 20206 yr Wonder where that would put Michael Ball in the list of "longest time to get a UK #1 from chart debut" then (31 years). There was a thread on this very subject on here not too long ago. He'd be just behind Ozzy Osbourne that's for certain.
April 21, 20206 yr Amazing sales for Michael & Captain Tom :cheer: Video was released to YouTube yesterday so that will get it a few streaming points too. Would loved to have seen Vera Lynn make the Top 40 too!
April 21, 20206 yr The last single to sell over 100k is Ed Sheeran & Justin Bieber with I Don't Care on 124k Can YNWA break 100k by the end of the week, hmmm... could come pretty close Artists For Grenfell did 170k :o
April 21, 20206 yr yesterday I noticed Michael Ball's You'll never walk alone was new at #15 on the Youtube chart, and now up to #10 but just realised it's not the new version, but an old version with Alfie Boe... so not sure if those streams count??
April 21, 20206 yr Looking good for captain tom but I remain cautious of missing streams. Hope gerry cinnamon can hang on in the top 40.
April 21, 20206 yr With what’s going on in the world, I wonder what the chart would have been like if we were still in the physical era
April 21, 20206 yr Great! Hope they stay there for friday. I think the Nathan Dawe remix has helped a bit too
