June 2, 20232 yr 1st Kylie Minogue - Love At First Sight (25 Votes Out Of 46) [54.35] It started off as expected with Kylie fans coming out large then it got a bit closer but ultimately Kylie does indeed shine in this Ultimate Edition to claim victory with 25 Votes Out Of 46. It really wasn't that far ahead though.. 2nd Sophie Ellis-Bextor - Murder On The Dancefloor (21 Votes Out Of 46) [45.65%] Sophie managed 21 Votes and really stepped up with support after looking to be a one way. It was their 12th overall release and 2nd single from the 3rd album Buzz which had the #1 hit 'Stomp'. June 19, 20232 yr One of the worst winners of these survivors. Guess we know what is finishing last in the next Ultimate survivor poll!
June 19, 20232 yr Guess we know what is finishing last in the next Ultimate survivor poll! I wouldn't count on it given their extensive fanbase on this site :P (but it'll be fun to see how many times I get to vote for them all over again).
June 19, 20232 yr Glad to see Steps win, it’s a great pop tune and Dumb is no better than ok. Love seeing people so upset about it as I honestly can’t see how you can declare this the ‘worst’. Then again those sentiments seemed to be raised an awful lot to the point it looked like people didn’t champion the 411 but more just wanted Steps to lose. I wonder what the underlying reason for this was?
June 19, 20232 yr I can declare it one of the worst because I prefer almost all the others winners of these survivors. And I myself was definitely championing the 411, love that track.
June 24, 20232 yr 1st Madonna - Hung Up (25 Votes Out Of 49) [51.02%] EDwb9jOVRtU Madonna manages to outdo her last final survivor appearance (the number 8 series!) where she lost out to 'Groovejet' by narrowly beating out Kylie in what begun as a landslide for the Queen of Pop but then Kylie stans clearly came in their droves to make it a neck and neck battle. 'Hung Up' was Madge's 11th UK #1 here and samples ABBA's 'Gimme Gimme Gimme'! 2nd, Runner Up Kylie Minogue - I Believe In You (24 Votes Out Of 49) [48.98%] HZp2bk4YHFY Released as part of Kylies 9th! Greatest Hits album Kylie in December 2004, 'I Believe In You' peaked at #2 behind Band Aid 20's 'Do They Know..' She started off slow ( ;) ) in the battle with Madonna but the Kylie stans did indeed start appearing to help out making this more of an intense battle and both Queens of Pop music managing to bring in possibly the biggest amount of voters overall with 49 *.* 3rd Daniel Bedingfield - Gotta Get Thru This (20 Votes Out Of 37) [55.56%] 4th Britney Spears - Lucky (17 Votes Out Of 36) [47.22%] 5th The Ting Tings - Shut Up And Let Me Go (14 Votes Out Of 36) [38.89%] 6th Leona Lewis - Run (14 Votes Out Of 38) [36.84%] 7th Misteeq - All I Want (9 Votes Out Of 34) [26.47%] 8th Katie Melua - Nine Million Bicycles (10 Votes Out Of 27) [37.04%] 9th Linkin Park - What I've Done (8 Votes Out Of 31) [25.81%] 10th Simply Red - Sunrise (16 Votes Out Of 33) [48.48%]
June 24, 20232 yr I can't remember but like I mentioned it could even be the highest amount of votes we've ever had for one of these.

July 17, 20231 yr 'Biology' is a stroke of pure pop genius. Like a lot of their songs I love how it sounds like three different songs stitched together, it's bonkers but it just WORKS like magic.
