I'm assuming Nicola's album is on Spotify in the UK? It isn't here, which might be a disadvantage if she couldn't be on the playlist.

I remember at the time being told 'Stand Up' was Cheryl's 4th single, which obviously didn't eventuate, but I remained under the impression that it had been a single for ages, possibly several years  That made me pay attention to the song at the time (and it certainly sounded like plausible single material!), and for that reason it's the only song in the list I'm familiar with. (Despite owning the '3 Words' album oops)

Is is available on Dutch iTunes, so I am sure it's also on the UK version!

Yo-Yo would definitely be the best choice, although the fact that it's even on this list and charted so low is still insane. One of the biggest chart injustices of the last ten years, surely.

We can also now select any song that failed to chart. That gives us:

Sweetest High

I Could Be

Go to Work

Girls On Fire

Fool for Love

All That I Know

One Vision

One Day I'll Fly Away

Threads

Out of those, I'd say only Go to Work would come into contention. I'd been swayed to Yo-Yo over Screw You, but would we pick Yo-Yo or Go to Work? Help us out please!!

Oooh I'm actually not sure :o I think they're both fabulous pop songs and would do similarly to each other tbh. Leaning towards GTW

Round 6 is now open! Including 17 songs that didn't reach the UK Top 75 chart.

We can confirm that we sent Nicola Roberts - Yo-Yo! This is Nicola's time to shine :cheer:

If you can, please show your support for the Girls Aloud and Solo forum by voting for Yo-Yo, plus 8 other songs from the list!

The thread will stay open until Monday 25th May at 17:59 BST. Thank you!

We made it through once again!! :D Round 7 is a ballad album track - yikes, we've not got a great selection here

Crocodile Tears sticks out as the best chance to me. It's from their most acclaimed album and even though it's not really considered the best on that album, that's probably enough to push it ahead of just about all their others  I guess Sticks + Stones could also work if we were feeling brave enough to send another Nicola song?

I don’t know Croc Tears so maybe that would be better but i do think Sticks + Stones would be a good bet, it’s stunning

'Crocodile Tears' always used to be one of my faves on Tangled Up, would be nice for it to have its chance to shine!

However I think 'Sticks + Stones' could do surprisingly well like 'Yo Yo' did.

This means you've not heard Tangled Up????? :o

This means you've not heard Tangled Up????? :o

I love almost all of Girls Aloud’s singles and THEM as a group but I haven’t listened to any of their albums in full :o

Woop for surviving another round!! :D

Crocodile Tears and Sticks + Stones are both stunning, but I think Crocodile Tears maybe has a higher chance to get through? Or what about I Say A Prayer For You?
