I love all three of them — but lowkey the real look queen of the season for me has actually been Crystal, not Gigi. She's far more versatile and unexpected, can do ~fashion~ whenever she wants to, and the queen I am most excited to see turn the corner.

 

What is she going to wear next?

I've wanted a pageant queen to win the main series since FOREVER - Trinity, Asia etc.

 

But Jaida just feels SO ready, she's a star in every sense of the word for me, she's perfect her craft to a tee while I feel like the other two still have a bit of growth left in them.

I would love Jaida to win, stunning.

Comparing Gigi (or anyone in this top 3) to Aquaria is imo ridiculous. Aquaria had flawless and stunning runways. Gigi's just wearing fashionable clothes. I mean, great looks, but nothing really mind-blowing (perhaps except for her buttons one). Same for Jaida, but Jaida has been more consistent.

 

As for Crystal, I have a feeling that Ru won't crown her because we already had a "weird" queen like one season ago?

this for me :wub: nothing i love more than a polished pageant queen who breaks out and shows versatility. i feel like jaida has managed to do what asia didn't quite manage and that's just connect on every level.

I want Crystal to win but absolutely wouldn't begrudge Jaida either!

 

I'd rather Gigi didn't win, she's been the most inconsistent of the three and there's a bit of a disconnect between what Ru seems to see and what I feel when watching her ~

Crystal for me

 

2nd Choice = Jaida

 

3rd Choice = Gigi's Mum who seems to have done the most work to create her 'looks'

 

4th Choice = Gigi

Jaida for me. Crystal would be a close 2nd. Hoping it's not Gigi even though I do think she is great too

That is really something that's struck me this season - how Gigi and Sherry have essentially, you could argue, bought their way into the competition by just having such high quality custom-made expensive looks that the other girls have hardly been able to compete.

 

Even the fact that Gigi has been able to train as a seamstress and that Sherry and some of the other girls have had so much theatrical experience for their age speaks to them probably never having had any responsibilities or requirements to do anything else - which makes it hard to see how it's a level playing field for someone like thatto be competing against Heidi and Jaida who make all their things themselves, or Crystal and Aiden who still have day jobs.

I know I've said it before but for a 'looks queen' Gigi's looks are pretty samey and not that good. I've enjoyed Jaida, Sh*rry (as much as it pains me to say it), Jan and in the last half of the season Crystal more on the runway.

I am a bit bored of hearing Gigi talk about her mum at this point.

I'm #TeamJaida, but I'd be happy with any of them to win. Probably LEAST Gigi though.
