:hi: again ~ time for Ariana's best album :magic:

'imagine' is a great song, feel like it is a little underrated (see: it being dumped out before goddamn 'Focus' in the cursed survivor in this forum). Another great album opener from her, I think 'Problem' is her only opening track (ignoring intros) that I'm not a big fan of.

'needy' on the other hand is pretty meh but thankfully one of only a couple of lowlights on this album.

'needy' is definitely the most forgettable on the album for me. Never really took to it as much as everyone else seems to. It's just there for me. Bit bland. It feels like this is missing a Big Sean verse

Still a bit miffed that 'needy' was one of the tracks that got to chart from this album  I do really like the lyrics actually ("sorry if I say sorry way too much" is a good'un especially) but sonically it just doesn't really go anywhere. Bottom 2 of 'thank u, next' for me along with one coming up a bit later.

Needy is cute

I feel it gets too much of a hard time on here usually. The 2nd verse in particular is a highlight for me.

Agree that needy is underrated! Probably one of my favourites on the album

Needy is a good album track but definitely only charted due to being the first unreleased album track at the time  It's quite vulnerable and shows off Ariana's softer vocals which are lovely.

I feel like 'needy' could just have easily have been the 1st track too. It's beautiful and vibey, but I'm mad at it for charting above other album tracks.
needy did not deserve to be her third charting track in the album release week, definitely a beneficiary of the tracklist order. One of the weakest album tracks!

Tbf, while it obvs did better due to it's track listing position I feel like that wouldn't have affected things much beyond the first few days. It's still one of the most streamed album tracks since then iirc, the GP knows *.*

NASA is such a BNGA! :P

It's FARRRRR too short! Reminds me of 'Shattered Glass' from Britney's 'Circus' album in that respect, would be a real highlight had it been longer!

Now here is a much better song  I wish 'NASA' had been a single with a cool spacey video to rectify the mess of 'Break Free' visually. Love the intro, the bounciness of the production and the double entendre in the chorus. The crowd collectively chancing 'N-A-S-A!' at her tour was brilliant too *.*

'NASA' is not quiiite up there with my absolute faves from this album but still a solid tune, and one that still occasionally gets stuck in my head. Imma need space, imma need space, imma imma need space ~

What song do we reckon BuzzJack will crash during this week? :basil:

And that's probably the same for just about every album on streaming :P

NASA has amazing production and I really like the verses! I wish the chorus was stronger though, I've never quite loved that section of the song.

NASA is another cute bop - not one of my faves but it's good when the weaker tracks are this good still! I totally didn't know Shangela contributed the opening lines before I read the Genius facts about this!
