August 19, 20205 yr Sad that Mother’s Daughter couldn’t be as big as Midnight Sky, but it defo deserves the success it’s getting!
August 19, 20205 yr Look like everyone went wap number 1 next week as Joel corry start slip to 2nd place
August 19, 20205 yr Look like everyone went wap number 1 next week as Joel corry start slip to 2nd place I definitely do not want WAP anywhere near number one thank you
August 19, 20205 yr I definitely do not want WAP anywhere near number one thank you It's pretty near at #2 though :kink:
August 19, 20205 yr Look like everyone went wap number 1 next week as Joel corry start slip to 2nd place I’d be very surprised if Head and Heart isn’t number 1 still next week, it’s got a huge lead over WAP!
August 19, 20205 yr Great to see some Mariah chat in here a full month before she normally enters the top 1000 on iTunes 😀
August 19, 20205 yr The chart has clearly been tampered with. Since when Joel Corry was a 'huge' name to warrant a number one?!
August 20, 20205 yr do we know if future nostalgia is #7 or #8 at all? amazed Levitating is still hanging onto the top 40 somehow despite a bad drop on iTunes and spotify My guess and hope is #7 Edited August 20, 20205 yr by jszmiles
August 20, 20205 yr The Marina curse is real (say) :/ Wonder if the OCC will make a new rule Just to make old Xmas songs inelegible?
August 20, 20205 yr I'm sure that gets brought up every year  I can't see it happening, nor do I think it should
August 20, 20205 yr I hadn't heard WAP until yesterday evening, safe to say the eyebrows were raised, although I did laugh out loud tbh  I can see it challenging for no1 next week, it'll have heavy youtube streams I'm sure and is already no1 on Spotify. In a strange way I kind of hope it does get there, its more interesting the the last two no1 hits we've had thats for sure.

Some chart facts I just thought of: If WAP does get to number one next week it will by the second female collaboration to hit the summit of the year- the previous one being Rain On Me. The summit has not only been dominated by men ever since Rain On Me hit the top spot, but they have also been occupied my male collaborations (Jason Derulo & Jawsh, DaBaby & Roddy Rich, and Joel Corry & MNEK). We haven’t had a solo number one single since Drake’s Toosie Slide back in May. Edited August 20, 20205 yr by Cognizant

August 20, 20205 yr #10! Oh yay :w00t: I kind of expect this to be his last week in the top 10 for a while (it might go top 10 again if he releases another song) but I think with how close he was to charting outside the top 10 this week, I think it’s gonna start slipping, which was bound to happen at some point of course. I’m just really pleased it’s stuck around as long as it has🥺❤️
August 20, 20205 yr Glad Harry is continuing his consecutive run in the top-ten with the glorious Fine Line. Levitating has hung on! Also a new peak for Hallucinate (I cant see it getting higher but it could with extra streams when the remix album of Future Nostalgia comes out next Friday). WAP is looking good for number one! Great sales! Edited August 20, 20205 yr by Cognizant
