Madonna's 10th studio album 'Confessions on a Dancefloor', which was a complete departure from her previous album, with influences of 1970s and 1980s disco, as well as modern-day club music. Musically structured like a DJ's set, songs are sequenced and blended so that they are played continuously without any gaps. Upon release the album gained critical praise with many calling it a return to form & ranking it as one of her very best & went onto sell over 10 Million copies worldwide.

Four singles were released from this album, but which is your fave?

The order of release

Hung Up

Sorry

Get Together

Jump

The order of release for me as well.

11 Hung Up

10 Sorry

10 Get Together

10 Jump

All perfect.

Hung Up remains potentially the single greatest 5:36 in musical history.

1 Sorry

2 Hung Up

huge gap

3 Jump

4 Get together

1. Hung Up

2. Get Together

3. Sorry

4. Jump

The top 3 are all pretty close to one another. Jump is quite weak compared to some of the album though like I think she could’ve really went bold and pushed Forbidden Love as a single over that.

WHAT AN ERA. My order for this has changed and evolved so much over time; I previously had Jump as a distant first place!

Get Together

Hung Up

Sorry

Jump

Love, love, love them all and Jump is still a 10/10 moment!

01 Get Together

02 Hung Up

03 Sorry

04 Jump

Get Together has moved from last to first over the years, Jump has gone the other way.

Order of release for me too! 'Jump' used to be a 10/10 but has slipped for me, whilst 'Get Together' has really secured its place as one of my favourite Madonna singles. 'Sorry' and 'Hung Up' have always been two of her best.

Hung Up remains potentially the single greatest 5:36 in musical history.

I see no lies.
