Its hideous because MTV ran a competition for fans to direct a video.

Then the official one was made cheaply.

Open Your Heart used to be the only track I skipped on The Immaculate Collection but now I absolutely love it, the highlight of the True Blue album for me. They're all great though, even True Blue is good in a playful fun kinda way.
