December 9, 20205 yr Mendes should have totally waited til 2021, his label were fools to think this was gonna be a hit album after the reception of the 2 singles. Pitchfork has given it a terrible review but this sums up the album perfectly: The pop heartthrob’s lovestruck fourth album comes across like your friend who just got into a relationship and won’t shut up about it: You’re happy for them and also tremendously bored. On the other hand, amazing physical sales for Arctics and Yungblud, will be interesting to see how many vinyls they sold. Rooting for AM to hang onto that #2 spot, as B&B seem to have lost a bit of steam relative to last week. FOURTH album? Really?

December 9, 20205 yr He's been around like 6-7 years, four albums isn't even a lot. Indeed, his debut single Life of the Party came out in 2014 and he had a fanbase already, the song shot to #1 on US iTunes and #24 on the Hot 100.

I'm still pretty confident it'll be Top 15, the RVP will have more of an effect in tomorrow's update. It was a pretty slow sales day yesterday compared to the rest of the week, but Steps still managed to increase their daily sales.

They were on Lorraine this week but Lisa is already back in Dubai so I'm guessing any proper promo is now on hold again. Hope they will continue with proper promo throughout the next year I mean Tears had such fantastic promo.
December 9, 20205 yr I’m not sure it’ll be a good seller through the year as single support will be limited to radio 2, that’s why the album was released in November.
December 9, 20205 yr Feeling sad for Shawn as the album is decent. If the store had actually had everything ready to go he'd be in a much stronger position right now, but sadly it's all a bit of a mess now. :(
