It's just so mega sounding and euphoric. I'm so sad it looks like it won't ever be a chart hit (would've been this week but the 3 song rule is going to prevent that :cry:)

 

I just need it to get a REAL MOMENT.

Ok after several listend style is fine. I think it’s just cos that was one of my most played from the original the difference was noticeable at first. It’s grown on me tho, I do like the new one!

People are being so dramatic over Style and New Romantics :lol: Of course some of them sound different, but I expected more of a difference given 1989 is a glossy and highly produced pop album. Nothing on here is the level of We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’s butchering!

I thought Blank Space would be ahead of Style before I saw the viewing numbers for the lyric video.

Actually, I expected top five for Blank Space and Out of the Woods...also a higher spot for Wildest Dreams.

Same here. I'm not so keen on the others but these two are fab.

I love 4/5 of the new tracks but I'm so happy to see everything go swimmingly. I have today, I really don't like the 1989 TV artwork. I get it looks happier and brighter and rightly so, but I'm not a fan.

Occupying the top 3 midweek! Though I fear she won’t hold it by Friday. Fingers crossed she keeps the #1 but 3 songs in the top 5 officially would be amazing

Also absolutely love that after Cruel Summer got it's moment earlier this year, Style is finally being recognised as the great pop song that it is. Although saying that, i suppose being on her best selling album and being the third single might have hampered sales a bit to begin with. Regardless, this has proved to be a mainstay of 1989 for me and the one that's grown on me the most over the years.
