January 25, 20223 yr There’s still time for a couple of managers to leave their clubs this season and set a new record. Brendan Rodgers is a possible one who may leave Leicester and I could also see Watford sack Roy Hodgson before the season ends too.
January 25, 20223 yr Genuinely wouldn't be surprised to see any manager gets sacked before the end of the season except for Guardiola, Klopp, Moyes, Lage, Potter & Gerrard.
January 25, 20223 yr Yeah this year all feels pretty mad - not sure Brentford would sack Frank, but they could get iffy if they get dragged in to the relegation battle. I feel like at this point making a line manager change is a bit late not to make a difference. But like Dobbo says, this season just seems a bit mad. I can't see Leicester sacking Rodgers, that would be a mistake imo. It's a bit like Klopp last year when Liverpool were in a horrendous rut, there are mitigating circumstances. That said, I've seen enough of Rodgers now to know his same flaws get pulled up time and time again, as good a manager as he can be.
January 25, 20223 yr On the subject of Brentford, Thomas Frank signed a new deal until 2025. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/60110087
January 26, 20223 yr Author Vitor Pereira is favourite to be appointed Everton manager following further talks, however a final decision has yet to be made at this point.
January 26, 20223 yr Looks like the first person on the chopping block at Watford then will be the mascot  CIlcwAdMaJo
January 30, 20223 yr So, I guess that's Mason Greenwood out of Manchester United. Horrific. No way ne plays again this season even if there's no CPS charges . Always knew he was a bit of a horrible twat, but this takes it to a whole new level.
January 30, 20223 yr Innocent until proven guilty is all I'll say on this for now. But of course if it's true then there's no justification at all for it.
January 30, 20223 yr Wonder if this now affects the board’s decision to allow Van de Beek to go out on loan now.
January 30, 20223 yr Innocent until proven guilty is all I'll say on this for now. But of course if it's true then there's no justification at all for it. While I totally agree, I'd also say the evidence presented is pretty damning (the voicenote especially). Don't know how he has a football career in the short term even if he is found innocent through a trial.
January 30, 20223 yr Must be something about having the number 11 shirt for United in recent times. :(
January 30, 20223 yr For someone to have recorded that, it can't have been anything close to the first time something like that has happened. It was horrible listening to it and seeing the pictures this morning. The conviction rate for sexual assault cases is horrifically low so even if he isn't found guilty, doesn't mean he's innocent. Imagine he might be able to get some decent advice about how to pay her off too....

Imagine he might be able to get some decent advice about how to pay her off too.... Don't think he can pay her off if the CPS get involed, they will persue the case if there's enough evidence to charge him. Worst thing about this is Man Utd have know there's been stuff going on. People have been calling this since the Mendy allegations came to light. There was obviously a reason England refused to pick him (they picked him after the covid breaches). Bit like Man City with Mendy, this stuff just doesn't look great for football clubs or the sport in general.
January 30, 20223 yr Frank Lampard has finalised what is believed to be a two and a half year deal at Everton as manager: - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/60192650 Confirmation of the Greenwood allegations: - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-60192303
January 31, 20223 yr Honestly so shocked. That audio is horrific, its spine chilling. How entitled and toxic. I really really feel for her, as RFC says to have the mind to record that means it has happened before and she knew what was going to happen that evening which is just... it doesn't bare thinking about. Brave to have the power to take down a golden boy but she's probably saved countless other women from the same treatment as a result. I want him out of my club immediately. That rumour that he's still getting paid and not actually suspended while being 'suspended' had better just be a rumour. I dread to think what else the club, the FA and the media know and are actively covering up. There's been some talk of his behaviour since Iceland and well, for once it seems like maybe it wasn't just race behind the medias treatment of Greenwood vs Foden. Innocent until proven guilty is all I'll say on this for now. uh uh. not the time to wheel this crap out, not when theres audio that absolutely hangs him. This aint no he said she said, this is an audio recording of a sexual assault. You don't need no court to know he's done some real real bad shit to that poor lass.
