Technically the OCC as we know it today was commissioned by CIN in 1994 when Milllward Brown took over chart compilation. Eventually that became the OCC in 2002 (I think) and CIN themselves coming on board with Gallup in 1990 when they signed a new contract to produce the charts. So the OCC's "history" can only really be claimed back to 1990 at best.
I think only Eminem, Craig David and now Elton for those 4 decades - unless you count Mariah, Baddiel & Skinner et al with the same song multiple times.

Wonder if two Adele albums could be top 5 on Xmas week? The weeks before are likely too busy for it to happen but when physicals pick up significantly on Xmas week both could make it?

19 is chopped liver, wonder if it’s somewhere between 40-100
So i'm guessing Jesy will be #5 in tomorrow's mids, has her youtube streaming being added? If it's not I'm guessing it's going to debut at #4! How far ahead is she of #6?
Hasn't Elton already had a Top 10 hit in the 2020s? Step Into Christmas got to number 8 in the first chart of this year!
Remind me is Seventeen Going Under going to end up in Top 40 this week but not shown in these updates as the ACR reset hasn't been applied yet?
