So Touch Me once again evades elimination as we say goodbye to OutKast. Hey Ya! was a monster hit it late 2003/early 2004 initially entering at no.6 then falling as low as 22 over Christmas and eventually peaking at no.3 after 3 months on the chart. Very unusual for the time. It’s a great song but I can easily see why people are often tired of it these days.
