March 22, 20224 yr Omg she had a grwat first album and then... It's fair to say she got chewed up and spat out very quickly after garnering a ton of hype at the beginning, but I think she seems way happier as a smaller independent artist doing her thing anyways. Plus she's going to be the keyboardist for the upcoming ABBA shows, so she's got enough to keep her occupied.
March 22, 20224 yr Sea Girls are an indie band, really joyous songs but nothing like Spice Girls. Give them a listen (once the chart battle is done if you don't want Charli to miss out). Omfg this makes way more sense than what I was thinking after listening to a couple sangs!! It sounded like Bowling For Soup, and I assumed they had distorted their voices with autotune to sound deeper like men, to be like an anti-Spice Girls singing pop rock!!!  Hard pass on thrm. Bowling for Soup were bad enough!!

They are already pushing it on social media. I think it is likely that Charli will hold on but I still wouldn't entirely rule out Sea Girls yet as they are the type to benefit from the nature of physical sales sometimes being accounted for unevenly through the week.
