So we seem to be in the habit of kicking out the better songs so we lose Nu-metal band Alien Ant Farm. Their cover of Michael Jackson’s Smooth Criminal entered at 3 in September 2001 the same week as the hyped non chart battle between Kylie and Victoria Beckham. This is a rare instance of when I actually prefer the cover to the original.

Voted for Lily, none of these songs are huge faves for me (XTM is the best of the 3) and I don't think 'Not Fair' has aged particularly well.

Finally Alien Ant Farm has gone!

The XTM ESC cover is, by far, the best of the three. Now I gotta guess which of the two other ones to vote. Don't like the two other songs but I guess the Lily song is just better so Mcfly. Let's see if it is the right choice.

XTM is the only good one left. I swear, if that goes…
Seems like I'm only one that likes 'Not Fair' then. Mind you I liked her whole 2nd era to her first as I wasn't a fan of her at all outside of maybe 'Alfie'. XTM would be an acceptable yet unexpected winner. I keep forgetting it's a dance remake of a Eurovision entry!
