Another TikTok new entry, I really like this one!

:ne: 192. Nicky Youre & dazy - Sunroof

Sounds rather like Maroon 5 but then tiktok mega hit Heat Waves did too imo!

this Sunroof song is super catchy, can see it being song of the summer :o not really my thing but it was stuck in my brain after 30 seconds

his voice is not the bestest but the song is definitely catchy

Sam Ryder top 50 now on Amazon

EDIT: and #84 on Apple

Edited by Bjork

Sam Ryder has shown up on Spotify today! In at #177.

Lizzo is up to #2 now, still a little over 100k behind Harry. Kendrick still holding up decently enough at #11.

New peak for Tate of 22. I see they've bumped Lizzo up to track 13 on HH so I wonder if she could catch Harry and get to #1 in a couple of weeks (preferably not via ACR effect though).

Hoping to see new Paolo show up in tomorrow's update somewhere.

Edited by Roba.

Harry will have a big boost from the album release a week from now, I could see Lizzo possibly being in contention for #1 later as the album boost fades though.

I wouldn't expect Paolo Nutini to make much of an impression on streaming but then again his last release was before streaming was really even a thing so not a lot to go off.

Sam Ryder top 200 on Spotify before the grand final is brilliant to see! It feels so alien to have this much Eurovision goodwill in the U.K. nowadays, he's great though.
Looking back through the Spotify Charts website, it looks like 'Embers' was the only other UK Eurovision entry that's charted on Spotify (since 2017 anyway) and that wasn't until after the final so Sam charting already is new territory.
My Chemical Romance have just released a new song! It’s 6 minutes and not commercial sounding in the slightest, but there’s a lot of hype for their return. It would be great to see it go Top 40.

Seems like weird timing to put out this song the same day as the new Kendrick album (I know they don't exactly have the same audience but why would they time their surprise comeback to be at exactly the same time as another long-awaited comeback that we've actually known was coming for a few weeks?)

Intrigued to hear new material from them though.

^ As you say, there's probably very little overlap between their audiences so I doubt one will have much impact on the other.
Måneskin currently song #2 on Hot Hits U.K. :cheer: will almost definitely be knocked down to at least third by Kendrick but happy to see them flying high on there.

NMF

1 Florence + The Machine - Dream Girl Evil

2 Måneskin (nice to see them still getting such a prominent slot, I don't expect them to maintain the ability to chart long term but hopefully the Eurovision performance can at least help this expand their top 100 tally to 5)

3 Tion Wayne/La Roux

4 Tate McRae

5 Paolo Nutini - Through The Echoes

6 Shygirl

7 My Chemical Romance

8 D-Block Europe (I don't think I have ever been aware ahead of time when they have new singles coming out so it's always an unwelcome surprise to see them popping up on NMF... their last couple of singles were better than their average so I guess I can hope this continues that)

9 Berry Galazka (idk either)

10 Post Malone/Roddy Ricch (and certain people still want to deny that his star has faded from the last two eras)

'The Heart Part 5' has been given a token slot at #17 but presumably something from the album will pop up at #1 or #2 in a few hours. The cover image is still blank at the moment as well so assuming it'll be changed to Kendrick later.

Oh I think Måneskin are here to stay - their upcoming album is basically all Max Martin-produced. It's gonna be chock full of hits. Supermodel is a smash.

Pretty sure Sam Ryder’s heading for a Top 20 hit next week regardless of where he finishes on Saturday
