So Blue are next to fall. This cover of Elton John’s Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word features the man himself and earned them their third UK no.1 in December 2002. This was their highest placing on any EOY chart. It’s a great song and I actually like what Blue have done with this so it’s a shame to see them out already, especially when there’s a worse cover still in the poll.
