How long is her Vegas Residency? Iirc I don't think they're allowed to tour until their Vegas contract is over! (I can't remember how Britney got around it though in 2017, but it ended in Dec that year anyway!) (I can't remember exactly though and I may be wrong!)

Until May 2024. I wasn't expecting a tour until Q4 2024 anyway, I hope she does do one, I can't deal with two albums not being toured! :(

It’s such a defunct format now that most artists seem to got with a £4.99 or £5.99 price point - I know there are people that still download and don’t use streaming, but they are mainly just a chart tool now like cassettes etc.,

 

I always download for Kylie but will wait for a price drop!

Could be a case of her not wanting to promise anything just in case they extend the residency then? Idk. Hopefully someone will be able to clarify whether the whole “not touring whilst in a residency” thing is true or whatever aha.

 

Edit: a quick google (cant properly check yet as I’m not at home) seems to think it’s true and artists aren’t allowed to tour if under a residency contract :(

Mine still says being delivered on Wednesday, but i bet it gets cancelled. Amazon should grab all those international copies they cant sell and flog them in UK.

 

 

I didn’t think the Amazon Pink Vinyl and webstore CD book would be the versions that would be the most sought after :rofl:

 

The French site does have them listed but delivery between 4-8 weeks so would expect a cancellation potentially like they have done in other European Amazon stores.

Im very happy that the album is already on 40k, its a great number for Monday but i must admit i am slightly disappointed with the streaming numbers so far, i know its early in the week and the figure will rise but i dont think its streaming will be nearly as good as i had hoped.

40K is slightly lower by my estimate of 42K. It may or may not hit Silver but it is going to be tight.

I agree i think it will be tight if its going to make silver, the double cassette tomorrow should add afew sales but it probably wont be a massive seller either, i wonder what else they will try this week.

I'm thinking 4,500 units from streaming. Disco's streaming was up by a factor of 2.67 from the Monday midweek to the Friday official figure, so it makes sense to think Tension will get 4,500. I was expecting 5,000 initially too, so glad to see it was not too far off.

'Story' is nearly at 100k views on the visualizer. A little beaut that one.
