Really impressed with what we've had so far, this is going to be a good one

Agreed! So looking forward to this one - definitely not one to be missed based on the confirmations so far.

Keep the confirmations coming, still a couple of days left!

Eep the days have flown by this week, still need to find something for both this and BJSC. Might end up being a little last minute but will definitely get something in ofc!

Hmm

28 hours left to get your entries in!

Got something that demands to be played WELL after dark. If that counts? x

Hmmm I have a dong but not sure if it is dance or dark

Slightly gutted that I won’t be able to enter this as the theme is an amazing choice. Will try to find time to check out the entries though

For sure. I've enjoyed people's interpretations of the theme and reasoning, I think as it's a pretty subjective theme it's one where we are being pretty lenient, but many do indeed sound like something you might hear at 2am in some gloomy nightclub, which is PERFECT.

Confirmed

Confirmed! (what better time to do some searching for this theme than circa 1-3am)

okay I finally got SOMETHING

why was this concept so hard to do

Up to 19 now, thanks everyone for supporting this one as I know it's not the easiest theme to immediately have something that springs to mind. Definitely got a fantastic contest here now though as the pay-off.

Still accepting entries all through today until 11.59pm BST.

It took me a while to find something I really wanted to send, found a lot of songs that I liked but most of them felt a bit too bare bones and I didn't want to do this theme a disservice by settling for something that I wasn't 100% behind - got there eventually though, still won't be surprised if this song doesn't do that well but I at least feel confident now in standing behind my pick regardless, similar to how I feel about the current Unknown Pleasures!

Very excited for this contest. Especially with promised 3am nightclub entries which is of course one of my favourite musical niches. x

Hmmm

Got it! Knew I had a song for this theme somewhere in my library. Found and delivered.

Can't wait for this one *.*

10 minutes left to confirm! Up to 24, which is fantastic.

Is there to be no darkness from The S(n)ake this time? I thought being a reptile he would enjoy a dark and mysterious selection of appetisers.
