Today's Midweeks will be interesting

Steps have had 3 signings since and the digitial downloads, hopefully they have created a stronger lead.

Praying Eliza Rose closes the gap and leaps to #1 where belongs on Friday #BOTAFORNUMBERONE
Consumers aren’t passive, if they buy multiple versions then it’s a sale for each. They want to do it. If you bought two copies of a CD and gave one away as a present then why should that not be considered two sales?
Why are we having the multi format debate again? It’s nothing new artists have been doing it for years!

A sale is a sale at the end of the day, not one artist has an advantage because they can all release multi formats if they wish too (Doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone will buy everything it’s actually a very small number of fans who will do this)

The Madonna argument is lost because she also has multiple versions (CD, 6 LP set, Silver Vinyl, Transparent vinyl etc) just because she has less versions doesn’t make Steps / Aitch’s sales any less valid.

Let’s face it you’re a Madonna fan that’s annoyed she isn’t number 1 (If Madonna has all those formats I don’t think you’d of even raised it)

Because bristolman has come from under his rock for a twice yearly rant

According to OCC interview with Steps they were still at #1 in the charts yesterday. Really interested to see the weds sales as their Sunday sales were very low, hopefully they have picked up a bit with the additional items and the signings.
Or I can effin read

All right, calm down. Love, Peace and Harmony that's all we need.

Has anyone's personally signed Steps vinyl or CD been sent yet from their official store?

I can't bear Steps, but good on them for throwing everything at this. Why not?

And even better for a Madonna remix album to be shifting so much at #2.

A done deal for Steps I'd imagine. Aitch only closed the gap by a few hundred and they've extended the lead over Madonna.
Do we know where RENAISSANCE is currently sitting? Is it still top 10?
surprised at Oasis overtaking Panic
Afraid To Feel looking fairly comfortable for an 8th week then - sort of turning into this year’s Umbrella by lingering around just selling a bit more than the competition
Any sign of Sam Ryder at all?

He was at #54 on Monday so can’t see him improving on that this week :nocheer:
