In fact I was wondering if they could drop behind I'm Good and Not Over Yet given both are doing extremely better on Spotify. Although I can see them dropping to at least 5th, given how much its dropped on Spotify since its debut

August 31, 20223 yr I'm hoping that Arctic Monkeys get their highest peak yet for '505' this week. Am shocked it has only had one week at 99 this year considering how big a streaming force it has been on Spotify thus year. It had 1 week at 74 15 years ago. Maybe they can do a Metallica or Kate Bush and ask for a reset? It's so damn good not to make the top 40.

August 31, 20223 yr The last thing Arctic Monkeys/the label will bother doing is asking for a 505 reset when their new song has just debuted at #1 on Spotify, all the push should be behind that. I'm surprised to see Elton/Britney still at #3 and with a bit of a lead at this stage tbh so they could keep passing expectations and do it.
August 31, 20223 yr Good to see healthy sales for the Muse album - the title track is kind of awful but I've been a fan of the rest of the singles (though I can see why they've had mixed reception too). I think Kendrick should be safe for a top 10 return now? #10 last week did 4.9k, I guess he'll likely fall a bit short of that since the majority of the sales this week would have been accounted for at the start of the week and he's just chugging along with the usual few hundred ish streaming sales per day now but the bar for top 10 should be a bit lower this week anyway as there aren't as many new entries. Also cool that Eliza Rose is still on course for #1 this week after all!

I've proved my point so I'll log out and maybe log back in when I see more fakeness 😂 Plenty albums have had much bigger falls, even recently. And it seems like Steps have climbed since that update, so I suppose that's fake too? Make it make sense please.
