Found the errors, they were both in Niceland's votes! You just need to swap around their 15/13 and 12/10 in the spreadsheet. (I can see why the format of their votes may be a little bit confusing to be fair)

 

Have just edited your scoreboard post so it is accurate now (I assume we're just waiving any deductions given the deadline was essentially extended 2 days, I think there's precedent for that so not bothered if you don't want to give any deductions x).

 

edit: for future posterity, I found later there was also an error in the semi-final 1 scoreboard, with Bøtanikkä's 12 pointer being missing - wasn't able to find a saved copy of Addy's votes unforch but messaged him and we agreed it was almost certain the 12 should have been Aquafina so this will be counted towards canon stats x

Wow at me winning my semi final! I can see Travis was a fan then but he didn’t vote in the final so there was a chance I could have been Top 3 if he had done! :o

 

A new best ever finish for Zanmatony with a new final points record too! Thanks to all 30 voters who gave Amplifier points. I am not disappointed to have not won, it was never a song I seriously considered a winning contender, but it’s lovely to see so many people enjoyed it this month and have been introduced to the next big girl group VENUS! :D

Well done Hendinia. I did put it in the mix wasn't sure it'd be THE winner though Was a fantastic track though so I'm happy with that and love all the top 4.

 

Oops at 24th. Was feeling like it wouldn't miss top 20 for some reason but I guess too many pop songs in here some were going to fall by the wayside I guess. At least it didn't drop to bottom 10 I suppose.

 

Altyr a mega flop too. Just goes to show I guess aforementioned pop overload.

Sorry to say this but I'm not a fan of the winner at all :( That being said, congratulations to Rob! Hopefully you will bring us some amazing graphics like you did last time :D

 

Happy to finish 17th place! I was very cautious about all the top 10 predictions because I couldn't see myself getting cross appeal with a typical dance bloc entry and my next entry is no different, but I think the track may grab more votes from dance bloc so we will see! Great to see myself break the points record this year albeit the 2nd best performing track. I don't think this result persuades me to become a permanent member of the dance bloc so there is still chance I will send mostly pop songs next year! Nevertheless:

In terms of the results, happy to see Dar Um to do well. Don't Pray For Me was robbed a winner and is a song I highly regret not going for, but then you won't be served by electronic goodness. Resurgence doing super well is great to see definitely. It's a contender for the best track of the year for me. Mon Cœur flopping in the bottom half is really astonishing. I thought this would be well-received by the pop bloc! What happened there? Wholune should also be higher, and in the top 10 imo. It turns out rock and roll is kinda dead in BJSC. :( Also great to see Zanmatony doing really well this edition. I don't understand Cor Lupus flopping tbh. It's catchy. Pop bloc voting sometimes baffles me lol... :D

I did like this entry from Rose Gray a little bit more than 'Synchronicity' at least but I still think 'Save Your Tears' was the best of her entries (not that I voted for any of them) so of course that was by far the least successful of the three!

 

Away from another winner that I'm not the most enthused about, this is actually a really good top 10 - 6/10 made my votes and 5 of those were in my top 6! :o A nice change from a lot of recent contests having only like 3 of my votes in the top 10. Elëdan making the top 10 is incredible, it was a really easy 18 for me and I'll count this as some justice for Ben Frost being unceremoniously dumped out back in the day. I did not have 'Dar Um' on my radar as a winner contender at all, a little bit of a shame it came so close but just missed out, a new peak for Cumulonimbia and their first shot at an AQ but the win remains elusive! And then Trifoski and Harmonica are both surprising top 10s for me (especially the latter which I felt borderline on even qualifying*, and also did not notice it being so high in the running scoreboards!!) but both wonderful to see! Aeroche the only one of my big faves that I was really expecting to be up as high as it is, love to see that as well ofc. And also hooray for Kathaldazia nabbing another top 10 which I'm also not sure I'd have predicted *.*

 

The odd one out from my top 6 that didn't make the top 10 was Pestolia, 16th almost feels underwhelming for a song that picked up so many 18s but I guess it was just an extreme case of an 'all or nothing' type of entry, nonetheless I believe that is still a new peak for Pestolia indeed so I'll take that, they already feel overdue a top 10 though as I've loved nearly all of their finalists to date (Jae Stephens was the only one I didn't give 11+ points to!) Happy to see Sovarasma and Jadakissnia in the top 20 as well (yay for the latter picking up so much in the later votes!) and Rolloland just outside <3 And a decent result for Wholune even if I expected a little better - ended up finishing 1 place behind the last Palaye Royale entry even, although I did actually like that one more so not really complaining about that :kink:

 

It did fall just short of my votes in the end oops but Florina didn't deserve to come last - at least they just about got to 100 points I suppose! St. Burbia really underrated there as well, that was my highlight from the pop bloc this time. (And ooops I would not have predicted Cor Lupus being bottom 3, I definitely feel like you willed that on yourself with the AQ curse talk xx)

 

I see I was a bit out when I was predicting I only scraped through the semi, appears I actually underperformed my projected final position by quite a lot oops! I see I went from getting points in the semi to none in the final from Terra Avium, Kluminican Republic and Wholune (and Taahino who didn't vote in the final), although conversely went the other way for Aquafina, Niceland and Elëdan (jumping from 0 to 11 for Niceland...!) I was paranoid that I may have been the FLJ semi 12 that dropped off heavily in the final but I see that was actually Elëdan ~

 

* and I now see they actually won the semi so I feel even more silly now :lol: what a delightfully unexpected semi winner.

 

Like last month (and most months lately tbh) I wasn't paying great mind to how well I would do and was just happy to be in the final so another pretty anonymous lower midtable result - almost exactly the same as last month in fact - is fine by me, ended up with just the one medal but at least that one was a gold, thanks again Mack!

How on Earth Jadakissnia came 20th after such a poor start is surely a miracle?! We love to see it!

Really not a fan of the winner, I thought it was awful from the moment I heard it, so that's a shame, particularly as either PPJ or Eline Noelia would have been fantastic winners (and PPJ even a really inspired one!).

 

I correctly called that I'd scraped through to the final by a single point and thanks to late voters so I wasn't expecting too much (nearly knocked myself out there). Honestly I'm just happy such a niche and beautiful entry got to the final with basically zero hype and a fair number of valuable high points means I'll take that as a success, thank you everyone who supported MASS OF THE FERMENTING DREGS I love them.

 

JUMPER 6th is an epic moment though, at least 3 of the best songs this contest in the top 10 and 'Fever Dream' less than 10 points away, god that was a fantastic masterstroke of an entry.
