will comment more later but it seems I was too late to notice that Good Days should’ve actually been in 2021 seeing as it peaked then and was literally released on christmas day of 2020

Would be good to see! Does moving Good Days mean there would be 36 AQs for 2021 though?

Also sorry to be a pain especially as these won't even make any difference to the AQs because they didn't score enough points but may be useful for next year's nominations, I noticed Disturbed's The Sound of Silence got moved from 2016 in last year's vote to 2015 this year despite only becoming a UK hit in 2016, and even more bizarrely Charlie Puth's Attention was in the 2018 round instead of 2017 where it had almost its entire chart run.

Awww shame to see Angels Like You getting close to the semi final but falling short. Maybe next year.

Climbs for After Hours and In Your Eyes though :cheer:

Oops at Kim Petras getting 0 points! I thought she had some fans on here.

Pleased to see 'august' climbing no doubt thanks to it taking off recently and a great result for 'Somebody Loves You' as well. Would have liked 'exile' in the top 5 but maybe next time.

Edited by Roba!

Hmm not a great set of changes here :( happy to see 'After Hours' and 'positions' rising into the top 20, but at the expense of 'willow' and poor brave 'People, I've been sad' crashing right out of the AQ zone </3 quite a few more of my faves losing AQ status too, 'The Box', 'Violent Sun' (surprised this was an AQ to begin with but still), 'Baby It's You' and 'Atlas' D: although 'Good Days' and 'august' are good replacements. 'Good Days' deserves more than just an AQ though x

Yay for 'DÁKITI' making a bit of an improvement too I guess if still far short of relevance.

edit: I did think it was weird 'Good Days' was here instead of 2021. 'Parasite Eve' keeping its AQ would be nice though.

If Good Days can move between years, then surely the same should apply to Sweater Weather (which finished 31st from this year's final round of '2012' but I'd nominated it for 2013 where the same points and placing would have earned it an AQ for next year - it appeared in 2013 two years ago, and its nomination for 2012 last year appears to be the anomaly).

Having said that, it would be a shame for the 35th placed songs in 2013 and 2021 (Wasting My Young Years and The Only Heartbreaker respectively) to lose their AQ status as a result.

I hadn't noticed that but that's another valid example! Hopefully these can get sorted and put in the right rounds for next year. I think having 36 AQs for those years is probably the fairest way of solving that problem so that none of them lose their place.

Oops 'I Can't Breathe' getting 0 points - I didn't nominate it but that was one of the last songs I cut. </3

'People I've Been Sad' and 'Save A Kiss' are big losses from the AQ zone :(

A completely static top 5  that is an excellent crop of songs though, gotta love the 80s synth revival. 'exile' just outside has become a huge favourite for me now too, I can't even remember if it was in my votes last year (!) but I gave it big points this time.

Noooo at Violent Sun and Parasite Eve falling out of AQ by a combined total of 11 points - that's 2 of my noms for next year sorted!

I'd be nominating 'Violent Sun' even if you don't so no worries about that.

can't really complain about the non changing top five I guess, it's a solid top five. glad that Paul Woodford has just about kept his semifinal place anyhow, shame for Topic to lose it though and even bigger sad to have Regard/Raye drop so much.

great to see Eric Prydz, Porter Robinson, Aly & Fila and Nora En Pure do reasonably well for non hits also
