Control Myself is gone! LL Cool J and Jennifer Lopez had previously teamed up on the memorable All I Have but I honestly can’t remember a lot about this one. They took to track to no.2 in May 2006 when it was unable to dislodge Gnarls Barkley on their 8th week.

That bit is interpolated from the excellent (and infinitely superior) 'Planet Rock' by Afrika Bambaataa - an early 80s dance/rap classic.
