January 29, 20232 yr There's certainly been enough vocal love for it, that it seems like it'll do fairly well. Also seems like the sort of thing that'll get a lot of 18s, 15s etc, even if it doesn't get as many voters.
January 29, 20232 yr I'm finding this month way harder to call than usual but do generally agree that Dan's top eight or so there will all be in the mix for big success, although not sure the top ten will be quite that pop dominated overall, I can't see them all making it. I'm guessing Summericia will be higher than 20th, I hope so at least! Also very intrigued to see how Altyr will do, bearing in mind the result for that song in the pop forum song contest. I know there are various caveats to that result though, like many of the other songs there being well known or by big artists. I think I'd say Sovarasma vs. Jupiterdonia, I guess with Altyr, Cor Lupus and hopefully Kyriatine in the top three mix. But I don't think there will be a runaway winner like last month, no song in the final even sounds much like a winner to me this month. 17th would be great for us! I'm not really sure what to expect for it. Dobago nearly top ten would be iconic.
January 29, 20232 yr Also that would be an absolutely tragic top 10 if it's even halfway accurate (Kathaldazia aside). But that's pretty par for the course lately so ~ Bhangra is my favourite of the pure pop entries by a good margin this month but that's probably the kiss of death! (Altyr and Jupiterdonia are both among the better ones too tbf)
