That’s impressive!

Is it viral/on a playlist/reacting to airplay? Seems otherwise like an unusual move jump for a song that was released a week ago.

It is top 10 already on the airplay charts, so could be gaining a lot of interest from that. It is a much better song than NGNDA so glad it is doing well this early on.

hopefully that means Trustfall will out peak NGNDA by next week then officially that’s great to see

and Rita Ora perhaps won’t entirely miss the top 100 after all

although maybe one or both is just the new auto play payola driven hit after Sabrina idk

wow at Pink, hope it's real genuine interest and not some autoplay or similar

climbing 100 places in 1 day is not very usual

same for Rita Ora suddenly appearing close to the top 100 out of the blue

Given recent developments, maybe it's just got autoplay payola :kink: (I don't like that this is now something we have to consider x). Rita Ora also suddenly entering fairly high  (edit: was beaten to both of these thoughts lol)

Good to see RAYE at least charting one more song from her album but yeah I really get the feeling the album is 'only' coming for low top 5 at best now, hope I'm wrong though.

Anne-Marie bombing we love to see. Ice Spice outsoldT x (I am genuinely intrigued to see if Ice Spice can go on to become a major chart star or if she's just having 15 minutes of fame, right now she's in the same kind of meme status as Doja Cat was when she released 'MOOO!' lol. For now we stan her possibly being responsible for giving 'Boy's a liar' a nice new peak ~)

Didn't NGNDA go straight in at #1 on the airplay chart? (Also doubt radio play has much effect on the Spotify chart tbh)

Wow that's really disappointing for Anne-Marie

I agree with Bre, I sadly think it potentially COULD be a case of Rita and Pink being autoplay payola :(. I really hope not though! If they're doing okay on Apple Music (which I think they are) - it may well be legit?

I think unless they have corresponding days with massive unnatural drops I'll give the benefit of the doubt that they are genuine rises. Don't want to be constantly cynical about that.

103. Nathan Dawe - Oh Baby

106. Anne-Marie - Sad Bitch

117. Raye - Ice Cream Man

Anne has literally had a song stubbornly refuse to leave the top 20 for months that is still there right now.

(Also I see Rita with a high re-entry on Apple too, expect she will go top 100 at least this week then)

Anne Marie done Rita ora flop both their pop artist going down the toilet.

PSYCHO is still going strong so I don't think Anne-Marie's done. I anticipated a better debut for her, but there's plenty of time and the only regular singles of hers to peak in week 1 post-breakthrough, were the one with KSI, who notably has a gigantic fanbase and pretty much always peaks in week 1 himself, and To Be Young, which just outright bombed. Perhaps SAD B!TCH will go the way of the latter, but it's far too early to say she's "done" and we'll see what happens in the coming weeks. Not to mention there's no feature on this one, which is her first solo single since Birthday, so there's no second fanbase to be interested like KSI, Niall Horan, Little Mix or Aitch. Time will tell what happens but let's not write it off week 1, I think the streaming era has been going long enough to know how few hits peak in their first week.

Really good climb for P!nk and I'm surprised but happy to see Rita entering!! Laroi back up again too, lots of good stuff happening.

I think it's a bit suspicious when a non-viral track does 100K on Spotify with no playlist support

Raye-Ice Cream Man was track #1 on NMF + album release and did 100K

but how would Rita do the same or even better without that support?

I am SO happy at how well "Trustfall" is doing! It's rising so well globally on spotify with such little playlist support. I need her team to fully get behind/push this now and move on from "Never Gonna Not Dance Again". "Trustfall" is her best single since "What About Us" and I hope it becomes a big hit!

Whether its rise is due to general interest or the song going viral is beside the point. P!nk getting a big hit in 2023 worldwide would be very welcome! The album release is in a couple weeks so hopefully it'll keep picking up until then and get a boost from the release.

Edited by Envoirment

P!nk's could be legit tbh. I've seen a fair few comments say that it's the first P!nk song they've enjoyed in a long time.

Not mad at Rita entering either, but if it is indeed this auto-play payola (? - what's this!?) then that sucks. But you gotta do what you gotta do for a hit nowadays I guess (but when this is Ed/Drake/Adele/Dua/Harry - Imma be complaining more x)
