#98 Mae Muller/Sigala

Get that double chart entry Mae :cheer:

I’d love for this to eventually go top 40. Seeing as how successful IWAS is at the moment, I hope it can help FTG into the top 40 eventually

Same - would love to see it take off, perfect summer track.

Amazing considering we thought streaming would mean we would struggle to see a Eurovision hit ever again

SALES DATA FOR THIS WEEK'S OFFICIAL CHART UPDATE (Updated 15th May)

No.1 Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding - Miracle (16,787)

No.2 David Kushner - Daylight (12,801)

No.3 Ed Sheeran - Eyes Closed (11,767)

No.4 Lewis Capaldi - Wish You The Best (10,532)

No.5 Rema & Selena Gomez - Calm Down (10,494)

No.6 Mae Muller - I Wrote A Song (9,812)

Good week for Eurovision then with sales so low at the top. Hoping Mae won't drop too much by the end of the week.

Those low sales

I think all the ESC songs will climb due to the big streams they’ve pulled in - hopefully Mae’s team get their act together and send out the signed CD singles before Thursdays cut off.

I picked up an unsigned CD in HMV on Fri so not sure why the signed ones haven’t been shipped yet. Either way there will be some CDs among her current sales.

Rema close to going top 4 unless Mae throws a spanner in the works

I wouldn’t be surprised if Mae, Loreen and Kaarija all overtake by Friday. Here’s hoping

I’m expecting Loreen to overtake Mae even though the latter also has CDs on her side but the former is now ahead on streaming. Imagine all the top 3 Eurovision entries stop Rema from repeaking

They've got to, surely?

It'd be pure stupidity if they didn't!

Full update added. The write-up on Music Week has a different order for the Top 5 albums:

Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran is leading the albums chart for a second week running with -, which has accumulated 7,516 sales so far this week, made up by 3,404 physical sales, 770 downloads and 3,342 streams. In second place is Alison Goldfrapp’s debut studio album, The Love Invention (5,097 sales), whilst Jonas Brothers’ The Album (4,692 sales), Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories (3,718 sales) and Potter Payper’s Real Back In Style (3,711 sales) complete the Top 5.
We'll see where he ends up but I'm currently more surprised by Ed's drop off in week 2 than I was by his week 1 total.

I hope so - I pre-ordered in March and it was released on Friday, they are still available on her website but it says ‘stock coming soon’ -_-

Jonas Brother have just announced 2 x 700 capacity acoustic shows at the Earth venue in London - you can get tickets by buying a bundle.

Surprised at their sales so far even though they are not in their peak period - they had about 20 variants/bundles, maybe there are some missing cassette sales ;)

They should have made. video crying ala Freya and rightly so, with those sales after millions of variants, bundles, months on pre-sale
I am shocked by Jonas Brothers thought they would have sold a lot more than 3k!
