Dannii - I was very on board with her in the Neon Nights era (my introduction to her was Who Do You Love Now in 2001). I still paid attention to the singles released in 2004-2006 + "The Hits & Beyond". I have to admit by the time of Touch Me Like That I was losing interest and didn't seek out Club Disco... not exactly sure why because I loved her on The X Factor. I just shifted into liking her as a TV personality and kind of not being bothered about her music.

Obviously Kylie is my number one, but I'm tempted to say Kylie doesn't quite have a full album as good as Neon Nights - but then Dannii pre-Girl is quite hit and miss for me (actually very miss when I think about it)

The again, Kylie doesn't quite have 'Party Jam' in her discography.

I like both, bought singles by both...

Yeah was the same for me too. Became instantly hooked from pretty all the singles from 2000 onwards, even 'Kids' was fun for me.

 

Dannii has some fab tracks in her repriotre as well but nowhere near the level of Kylie.

^^ all this! Kylie is my #1 overall artists so everyone else is 2nd by default. Kylie has such a legacy that Dannii doesn’t have with music.

 

I support Dannii just as much though and have all her releases etc.,

 

 

I've been on the kylie musical journey since the start and what a roller-coaster of a time it has been, so much fantastic music. Dannii in general with music is hit and miss but for the songs I like I really enjoy.

As an artist not really. I am a big Kylie fan but never really got into anything with Danni, although Put a needle on it is good.

 

As people I think they both seem like genuinely lovely people!

I like early Kylie.

Growing up I always felt that not many of the Kylie fans supported Dannii. Bit it always seemed Dannii fans supported Kylie.

 

Both sisters are amazing!

As youngster I was one of them, I didnt like dannnis early stuff but equally have to admit to buying into the press where it was always said they didn't get along and I was fully team kylie.

I always wished during the Neon Nights/Fever era they came out with a thundering pop-dance original duet. Now that would have been a smash !

But I think every second of Kylie's time during that point was consumed with promotion/recording. She probably didn't get any rest, bless her.

Kylie was def living by the clock then as she was just so huge but a duet at that time would have huge.
