June 11, 20232 yr Oh FFS, I wasn't sure which one of them to go with but thought the female/actual protagonist might just edge it, blast, at least my fellow leader going into that made the same mistake x Still 3rd is certainly better than my showing last time, thanks for hosting!
June 11, 20232 yr Author I’m surprised there was only two different names given, especially with Taylor Lautner being RIGHT THERE
June 11, 20232 yr Well 30 points ain't bad regardless of being in last. I know that's not the point of FF but eh. Congrats James again lmao!
June 11, 20232 yr Oops fumbled the Lost question! I’ve never seen it so that was the the one Q I needed Google for Same, and the one we went for was suggested as the most popular by Google :drama:
June 11, 20232 yr Well done again James and thanks for running this! Oops at midtable! Stumbling on two is enough to sink you in this game.
June 11, 20232 yr Oh FFS, I wasn't sure which one of them to go with but thought the female/actual protagonist might just edge it, blast, at least my fellow leader going into that made the same mistake xGreat minds Chez! (or perhaps not with our 100% records of top answers disappearing right at the end...) I'm happy with joint 3rd anyway, thanks James for hosting again, and well done on another win!
June 11, 20232 yr The Buzzjack rule of just going with the most popular female character not working there for those last 2 questions!
June 11, 20232 yr These woulda been my answers! - A single by the Pussycat Dolls (excluding React!) Buttons > I think I would have talked myself into thinking that this was the Buzzjack fave from them lol < - A character from the Mystery Inc gang! Shaggy - A film released between 2000-2009 that has a Meryl Streep credit Mamma Mia - A single by Daniel or Natasha Bedingfield Unwritten > It is between this and 'These Words' - but went for what feels like it is a bigger hit due to how it's meme'd over the years! < - A city where the summer Olympics has been held (from 2000 only!) Sydney > I had to Google and just use the first one that came up lol x < - An X-Factor UK runner up (second place) JLS --- My points woulda been: Buttons - 2 Points (Shoulda reminded me to take part Rob!!!!!) Shaggy - 2 Points (Shoulda reminded me to take part Rob!!!!!) [2] Mamma Mia - 8 Points (Shoulda reminded me to take part Rob!!!!!) [3] (Woulda pushed this out as the most popular... JUST!) Unwritten - 4 Points Sydney - 5 Points (Ngl, I wouldn't have thought of anything post 2009... just because we're in the 2000's forum :( ) JLS - 5 Points (Shoulda reminded me to take part Rob!!!!!) [4] 26 points so far which puts me 2nd last - A country where the FIFA World Cup has been held (from 2000 only!) Germany > I had to use Google to guide me. Not a sports fan x < - A character from Lost Sawyer > Never seen this. But it would be him or Charlie as my best mates have 2 cats named after them lmao < - An actor with an acting credit in any of the Twilight films Robert Pattinson Oh that was a FAR better ending for me! I woulda collected 21 extra points for a 47 points finish! (Still 2nd last though lmao oops x) Germany - 7 Points Sawyer - 3 Points Robert Pattinson - 11 Points.
June 11, 20232 yr Author You know me winning means a Round 3! I’m thinking of calling it “Can You Yeet Yobnedor?”
June 12, 20232 yr So surprised that I was the only one to go with John Locke! I suppose going with Jack Shephard makes sense, but meh x Also with a couple of my answers, I had it in mind that it would have to have taken place within the 2000s decade i.e. 2000-2009, thus I didn't think answers such as London or Qatar would be appropriate with them being 2010s/2020s events. Oh well. Well done, Jamesy!
June 12, 20232 yr Also with a couple of my answers, I had it in mind that it would have to have taken place within the 2000s decade i.e. 2000-2009, thus I didn't think answers such as London or Qatar would be appropriate with them being 2010s/2020s events. We have (only recently mind you) extended events or discussion threads about songs going beyond just the noughties now lol. 2020's is a stretch as it feels too recent still for this century having only been 3 years into it and won't be discussing it likely ever unless the forum is still here in the 2030s
