Wow Travis album doing incredibly well

And insane numbers for Billie and Dua

Think they should be @2 and @3 come Friday behind Dave/CC

Sinead's life is such an awfully tragic story. She'd been through and experienced so much. :(

Nice to see the Barbie songs hold on well with the album bomb from Travis! Most of them should reach new peaks this week then!

Looking like sprinter could get to 10 weeks at #1. Seems it’s on the decline now and will hit ACR on it’s 11th week and the Calvin/Sam song hasn’t had the strongest start. Unless of course Billie overtakes but sprinter is still a fair bit ahead
I'm sure posthumous boosts are shorter than they used to be. Nothing Compares 2 U did 152k on Wednesday when the news of Sinead's death was announced late in the day, compared to 149k yesterday.

not really a surprise, I figure a lot of folks saw the news of her death, thought 'oh that's sad, I enjoyed that one song of hers', and played it the one time, rather than adding it to their regular listening rotation

To add to this, anyone know when Calvin is releasing the Desire CDs? Anything to kick Sprinter out.

Arrdee….what on earth! Was expecting this to be this one that takes him back near the top of the charts! I swear anything I like at the moment is just a massive flop 😂

I think he’s just been and gone at this point tbh. And although there have been some big UK rap songs this year in the chart, in general there’s less of them than a few years ago.

mid-August, I guess the exact date of shipment will depend on when it's most convenient chart-wise

Can’t say the charts (bar static #1) aren’t exciting at the moment, we’re going to get a load more T40 entries this week too!

'FE!N' looking like it might be the third Travis entry now then, entering above 'THANK GOD' on Spotify and catching up on Apple - the hidden features on that are Playboi Carti and Sheck Wes. Carti perhaps coming for a third top 40 hit with an uncredited feature (following Tyler, The Creator's 'EARFQUAKE' and Kanye West's 'Off The Grid').

Good showing across the board for Travis anyways (across the pond he has the entire top 19 on US Spotify, and he's even managed to knock Jung Kook off #1 on global Spotify with 'HYAENA' doing just over 10 million), I think Anne-Marie is probably still more likely to get the #1 album but hopefully decent numbers for both of the top 2.

Chase And Status definitely looking good for getting another top 40 hit with them being very nearly top 40 on Spotify despite the Travis album bomb! (And also top 10 on iTunes for what it's worth).

Post Malone doing pretty ok as well for the fact he's been pretty obviously overshadowed + the hype just not really being there this era beyond 'Chemical' - 8 songs top 100 and 11 top 200.

The top 36 doing 200k+ outside of Christmas. When was the last time that happened? I assume maybe during Ed's Divide?
The day Midnights and The Car were both released, the top 44 did over 200k

Not surprised at those ArrDee & Bugzy Malone numbers. Also the music video feels to me like bought views as I saw it had about 150k views then about 10 hours later it was on 1.3 million… also an extremely high amount of bot comments. It’s becoming a real feature of a lot of people in the genre sadly. It’s not 2018/19 anymore.

Chase & Status debuting in the top-50, while behind a huge Travis album bomb, is not something I expected to see!

OMG! I liked that 'One Direction' song.

I liked Desire and Baddadan more though. :cheer:

'FE!N' now only one place behind 'HYAENA' on Apple and it's up to #2 on Apple in the US so seems that could actually end up being the 2nd biggest song from the album at this rate!
