How i wish that was the official chart.

I see the vinyl of hold on to now is still available to buy on Kylie.com.

I was on ebay earlier just looking at different things and just done a search on kylie, some of the prices for Kylie cd/vinyl/cassette singles is crazy.

Up to 27 on the rolling airplay chart. Only 8 non Christmas songs above it so hopefully top ten by Friday and another week on the A list please. Houdini at 1 and it’s been on the A list for longer.

I mean this iamgine was used when Hold On To Now was on New Music Friday on Spotify.

 

I guess another money grabbing HOTN EP is coming with a video. The only way they can salvage it is with somekind of feature too but it would all need to happen on 5th or 12th January while still playlisted

They should have had the physical release in January instead of in the midst of the Christmas song takeover. It’s too late for the song to make any chart impact, I just want to see the video so I have a visual to associate the song with.

Definitely a possibility but I do remember Kylie saying another video had been filmed (although this could have been the visualisers) and we know this song was meant to be the lead single so it’s possible a video had already been planned and filmed.

It doesn't make sense that there's no video, the second single was changed to 'Tension' very late in the day so one surely must have been filmed? :???:

 

Wouldn't surprise me if they just quietly put it on YouTube in March or something knowing them.

I don’t care at this point but I’m just :o still at how poorly this release has been executed considering at one point it was going to be the lead and Kylie has spoken of her love for the song.

Frankly, the record label probably thought that it won't do much for the album so why waste money on video or any further promotion. It's not like Audience With brought back the album the top 10 or something like that, or did anything major for the existing singles.

HOTN is the 18th best selling vinyl single of the year at #18…. Ahead of PP at #19!

 

 

PP would have been a lot higher had it been released when the Padamic first took over!

 

Also stick these vinyls on Amazon and sell more.

Their timing has been very wacky this era. In a perfect world we’d have had Padam vinyls in June and HOTN vinyls this week for maximum chart impact
