Snap cos of the bad lyrics about cancer

I really don’t think one ill advised lyric that passes in a split second matters when it’s one of the greatest dance songs of all time. :(

I've never understood the aversion to that cancer lyric when there's plenty of lyrics and even song titles called Heart Attack etc.

I think it's Rhythm is a Dancer for me too. Although it's not deserving of such a high percentage of the votes at this point
