Overall i think its a vert strong album, certainly very little to complain about and i have to say again that im loving Kylies work with BMG, the 3 studio albums so far have been great, all very different but all great in their own way.

I personally still think ‘Running’ is better than a lot of the songs on the standard. She should have got rid of ‘Green Light’ and had ‘Running’ on there instead.

Running easily should have made the final cut on the standard album and its a mystery that it didnt make the deluxe either,

08.0 Just Imagine > This is really, really nice! Even has enough room to grow! I think this will be the one that I root for that will quietly become a fan fave over time! <

Overall a very good album, I'm sure there are a few that will open up on repeated listens. It took Padam and Tension a few weeks to grow on me, but in general I think if you chucked out Hands and One More Time in favour of Just Imagine and Somebody to Love it would be all killer no filler. I think Story is going to be the big keeper for me.

The album is certainly one of her best. She has never sounded this liberated since... Light Years? I am having a hard time deciding if Disco or Tension is the better one.

 

But then, after the first listen, it all but confirms my impression that not including "Running" was wrong. It fits into the overall rhythm, just replace it with 10 Out of 10 and the album would've been perfect.

 

Overall, I think this album will grow on me, by A LOT.

I think things we do for love is great aswell and id be happy if it was the final single off the album if Hold into now is the next one.
