November 14, 20232 yr The new rules for the singles chart published in August didn't include casettes on the list of eligible formats. So I would have said that was right, however Billie Eilish and Dupa Lipa's casettes were clearly counted on each of their weeks at number 1 in August (which also came after the new rules were published) so who knows.
