I'm not too surprised at the TikTok thing because I've seen multiple stories over the years about big TikTok accounts doing live in-person events or meet-and-greets and having 0 people turn up.

I also notice the original is quite a lot higher than usual on the Amazon charts I think it’s possible a lot of their followers thought that’s the song to buy 😂

One of the others is making a slightly more coherent argument that the hyperlink either takes you to the streaming single or invites you to sign up to Amazon Music. So they think they're losing sales because people see that and give up, because they can't find where to click through to download.

They should have recorded multiple remixes. You cannot purchase Amazon MP3 from a mobile phone.

Alexa can't help Sam now, the Amazon exclusives almost always drop from Wednesday to Friday pre-Christmas with one fewer day of Amazon data. There'd need to be a huge stack of uncounted CDs to make any difference.

Im glad most people made money from this. If you bet online and things stay unchanged betting big on the Amazon exclusive and cashing out when the early info comes in seems a smart move in future 😂
