Over the next few weeks, the 20th Century Retro mods will be running Christmas song polls for each decade so I'm getting the ball rolling with the 1970s which is packed with many Christmas classics (the other three polls will be the 80s, the 90s and the pre-70s). The top 10 songs from each poll will qualify for a final to decide our favourite Christmas song from the 20th Century.

All you have to do is pick your favourite five Christmas songs (singles or album tracks) that were released for the first time from 1970 to 1979 and put them in order with your favourite at the top of your list. It will be 5 points for 1st down to 1 point for fifth.

So your list will be either:

1st

2nd

3rd

4th

5th

Or

5pts

4pts

3pts

2pts

1pt

The voting deadline is Sunday 10th December
