December 15, 20232 yr yes Cher is only doing something cos she was added to Christmas Hits playlist super high, which 100% guarantees being top 40 in 2 weeks but thought fans were ok with top 65? :P Why would fans be OK with a Top 65 hit? It's not a "thing". Also, a #23 placement isn't what I would consider "super high". It's a respectable placement though and better than nothing.
December 15, 20232 yr Aww that's a shame for Cher but still mightily impressive to score a new hit of any kind. If I was Noah I'd be putting out a new version/feature/remix/anything at this point.
December 15, 20232 yr Cher at #41 :( I wonder what the sales gap is. :o A few more downloads and she could have made it. :(
December 15, 20232 yr The Krackpots #1 on the download chart, #2 on the sales chart, but not in the top 100. :(
December 15, 20232 yr Why would fans be OK with a Top 65 hit? It's not a "thing". It's an in-joke that came about a few years ago on here when she was doing the ABBA covers album.
December 15, 20232 yr Shame for Cher, hopefully she can make it next week. She should throw a physical out there ala Padam Padam!
December 15, 20232 yr Even though he's Jewish LOL My brother’s partner and her family are Jewish. They celebrate it - just not in a religious way. Which is like most people in Britain these days.

December 15, 20232 yr I totally jinxed Cher. On the plus side, she should definitely make the top 40 next week I would think! Also, I wonder if Wham! will break the record for most weeks at #1 by the end of the decade? It looks like the song will get getting 1-3 weeks at #1 every year now.
December 15, 20232 yr 64. J.I.D. ft. 21 Savage & Baby Tate - Surround Sound (+5) Still waiting for the Tate McRae ft Baby Tate collab.
December 15, 20232 yr Would I be correct in saying that this is the week that Last Christmas equals the 26 weeks in the Top 3 by Frankie Laine's "I believe"?

I think rules will have changed by then.
December 15, 20232 yr Would I be correct in saying that this is the week that Last Christmas equals the 26 weeks in the Top 3 by Frankie Laine's "I believe"?Indeed! That song also loses its 70-year-old record of most weeks in the Top 5 to 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' which is into an unprecedented 31st week there.
December 15, 20232 yr Might as well have a whole other table of records with an excluding Christmas hits asterisk at this point.
