It's that time of the year again. Here is the one rate to decide which song that missed the top 20 really should've peaked there. ;) Back for its 10th anniversary now, hosted by myself for the third occasion.

 

Here is how it works. Any song that entered in the top 40, but failed to reach the top 20, for the first time in 2023 will be eligible. 107 titles are therefore eligible for competition. Cut down now to 51 by The qualifier round.
