The Megan line didn’t seem anything more than trying to be clever with words but in Meghan’s hiss she did reference Mariah Carey obsessed which was about Eminem and given his history he probably took that as a green light to say something about her

Seriously? There's nothing that objectionable in the Steve Miller Band song - it's just a song about lust. Eminem's song lyrics feel more dated than anything in the original to be honest.
