June 30, 20241 yr It's still overrated but I would much rather just have 'Espresso' back at #1 than its snoozefest followup so yay for the switchover x Good to see 'Illusion' all the way back up to #13 and that won't even be reflecting its Glastonbury streaming boost fully yet (although I think someone said it had a physical release this week so that'll be helping it today, may be a bit of a wash, hope it'll be good to stay top 20 anyway). Intrigued by this new Jimin track being described as 'Beatles influenced'!

July 1, 20241 yr actually Illusion could re-peak, all these weeks I was wondering why Dua's physicals x Illusion were out on June 28, now I realised it was cos of Glastonbury, perfect timing! There's a cassette, a vinyl and a CD, not cheap, but ok-priced as a bundle. If those mids don't even have the Glasto-Spotify surge effect + if they do some reductions with the physicals, it can go top 10 again

July 1, 20241 yr Dua has the blood records Zoetropes of her first two albums this week, they are a limited edition of 10k and she has currently sold 5.7k of FN and 4.1k of DL, though some of them will be overseas sales.
July 1, 20241 yr Dua has the deluxe extended version of radical optimism, plus a new cd for it, as well as new vinyls for her previous two and packages including all albums for glasto on her store so understandable boosts, a lot of signed posters both on her site and on the hmv site too!

Wished I hadn't have ordered as soon as they went on sales, as I anticipated the cassette and CD coming down to 99p, but that never happened!
