September 11, 20242 yr Glad that Lookylion and Jadakissnia recovered a little from earlier but they're both still way too low - I actually gave more points to Aziya than I did to every previous Lookylion finalist combined ddd I voted for Hendinia as well and while I don't think it necessarily sounded like a huge hit I'm not quite getting it being one of their worst performing entries of late especially when Yaeger came top 10 twice before with inferior songs! Terra Avium another of my commiserations (I had a lot of them this month).

September 11, 20242 yr Ouch, 26th... I had hoped Aziya's crush would have more appeal... Interestingly, she beat Pixey's Bring back The Beat, my entry in the most recent Popjustice Song Contest - where it got the bronze medal.
September 11, 20242 yr The jury really hated our song  I’ll take 24th though, I expected bottom ten so it’s an improvement on that and I was just happy to qualify this time, thanks to the voters!
September 11, 20242 yr none of my top 3 made it either… y’all are just calling me tasteless at this point
September 11, 20242 yr I feel like I noticed Skall getting a fair number of points from unexpected countries so for them to still be as low as 21st I fear some people who should have taste didn't come through for them x (yay for a big climb from the frozen scoreboard though, but that was one I had earmarked as a maybe top 10 contender) Cadelicia snuck 1 point from me at the last second, sounds like the kind of song that could easily be a real world hit. Sorry that my prediction didn't pan out for I suck x (I was almost exactly correct with my Cor Lupus prediction on SyncTube though!) Scotland 2 another commiseration for me (gave it a point in the semi though) - pretty comfortably outperforming the original Ethel Cain song in BJSC then but still neither version cracking the top half...

September 11, 20242 yr Cumulonimbia were my 15 in the end in a top 2 that was basically a coin flip so glad to see the extra 3 points wouldn't have changed their position (too low tho) x Also gave double figure points to Fljótavík, 20th seems like a decent position for that, I did think it seemed a little more niche than the one I sent to Unknown Pleasures (but still fab). Ajanaeda was a commiseration for me too, that was so much better than it had any right to be considering how much I can't stand FIZZ. I still kinda don't know how to feel about the Séyetana song (the chorus grew on me, not so much the rest of it x) but I do stan the video. Particularly the little robot cat dudes. I also only have one of my top 5 left but it is my 18 x (5 of my votes left in all, but possibly most of them are gonna be 11-15 lol)
September 11, 20242 yr Getting tense! Would love a Taahino win tonight finally! these results have been so topsy turvy for me, wouldn’t have called a lot of what’s happened so far
September 11, 20242 yr snuck in high enough to get my own video! thank u to everyone who voted for HAYLA
