Welcome to the Semi-Finals of Kylie Minogue's 'Tension' Survivor polls & we say goodbye to the last non-single album track Things We Do For Love which gained a hefty 9 votes out of 16. Which means that everything left are singles. Kylie co-wrote the song with Anya Jones, Camille "Kamille" Purrell, Jon Green, and producers Duck Blackwell and Richard "Biff" Stannard. The song was recorded on the same day as 'Tension (song)' and was praised by music critics & fans upon the album's release. Despite not being released as a single it managed to chart on the UK single sales & downloads charts at #69 & #67 respectively.

A stunning synth-pop driven track that builds and builds throughout and leads to a joyful euphoric chorus. Pure pop bliss and if there was gonna be a 4th single from this album, then this would have been the perfect choice.

Right then guys we are down to just 3 tracks now 'Padam Padam', 'Hold On To Now' & 'Tension'. Same rules apply just vote for your least fave track and the one with the most will be out by the next round which will be that all important FINAL ROUND, so choose wisely.

I love Tension, but would it be Top 3 if they hadn't gone with it as a single? It's very different for a Kylie song.

Adore ‘Tension’ and love that is snagged a Top 20 place - however I wonder if it had been released without the success of PP if it would’ve done a LCA in chart terms.
