Well it is down nearly 100k on last year though that was a Saturday I think

Last Christmas' peak is 2.9M, why would it suddenly do 4 million?

#1 on Christmas Hits and yesterday’s numbers are very impressive, quite close to last year’s numbers when 23rd was a Saturday. Maybe 3.5mil is more realistic but I think it’ll get a new peak

I think it's looking good for Cher to go top 40 this year once you combine the versions and take into account ACR of other songs. Hoping the Kelly version may be doing notable streams on spotify to help too.

 

Also noticed Leona Lewis & Ne-Yo's "Kiss me it's Christmas" at #390 on Amazon. Nice surprise seeing this appearing - thought it would just completely drop out of existence after its surprise chart entry in 2021. It's now on ACR so likely a low chance it will ever re-chart. But maybe it'll catch on one year and become a surprise. Forgot how much I enjoyed the song! Maybe it will go silver by the end of the decade.

 

I was also reminded of the best version of "Santa Baby" today as well...:lol:

Wonder why Spotify are pushing Céline Dion for Christmas so much this year - as well as 'O Holy Night' having a big surge to #32 (as predicted), she has a second song in the top 200 now, 'The Prayer' w/ Andrea Bocelli debuting at #171.
