They shouldn’t be giving him resets if he went to ACR before the Christmas rush It went to ACR during December, therefore it gets a reset, that's how it works. Would some of these songs have been automatically reset? All resets this week are manual for songs that went to ACR in December.

I'm not sure it's even an official rule that it's December ACR songs that get resets, it's all just based on observation iirc.
December 30, 20241 yr Id say Tom Greenan, Wham and Mariah might all just stay top 100 on Friday and Bubble might manage it in the albums aswell as he is currently number 39. Great to see Ella Henderson at 53 in todays mids, hopefully she will stay top 100 this time.

We also had overpass graffiti reset over shivers in Jan 2022 for Ed Sheeran, I remember someone thinking shivers got reset as it was #10 but OG was lower, but turns out if shivers had been the one it would’ve actually been that weeks #1 iirc

December 30, 20241 yr Definitely looks like there'll be a few Christmas songs still hanging around in the top 100 this week then - the equivalent chart last year started on the 29th while this year's starts on the 27th, the 27th and 28th are clearly still pretty decent days for Christmas streaming numbers. They'll obvz all be gone next week though. Only having one new entry to the top 40 at the moment is quite a letdown (should at least get a second one by the end of the week as Tyla is not far out). Not really that much of interest even lower down the top 100. 'Bug' and 'Favourite' both looking to re-enter for Fontaines D.C. tho *.*

December 30, 20241 yr Taylor had another instance of this at the beginning of 2023 - Anti-Hero got reset in January but Lavender Haze (which went to ACR the same week) did not.
