Welcome to Round 2 of Kylie Minogue's 'Tension II' survivor poll & after a very close battle the first song to bow out is My Oh My which received 6 votes, just 1 vote ahead of 'Dance To The Music' which had 5 votes. The song was released as a single in July 2024 and features Bebe Rexha & Tove Lo. This was Kylie 3rd collaboration of the year following 'Dance Alone' & 'Midnight Ride' & all 3 were included on the sequel album. Not keen on this song & find that it doesn't fit on the album at all & find the processed vocals very grating & don't find the song very catchy at all. Glad this was the first one out as I don't go back to this very much upon playing the album.

Same rules apply just vote for your Least Fave album track out of the 12 remaining tracks & the one with the most votes will be voted out by the next round which will be in about 5 days.

I know we're only in round 2 but the T2 Survivor round is way harder than the Tension survivor series!

with Tension, there were highs and then there were the low-lows. But with T2, it's a fairly consistent album (barring the collabs) which makes the choices harder. I'd stopped listening to Tension 2-3 months after release but still listen to T2 quite often.

I still don’t get the hate for MOM - far from her best but it’s not horrible (for me at least).

Went with ‘Dance Alone’ this round.

I still don’t get the hate for MOM - far from her best but it’s not horrible (for me at least).

It did take a while to click with me - there were parts I liked but overall it felt very stop-start and the vocal processing took a while to get used to - but I grew to really like it and found it very addictive. I do get why people don't like it though and I have to admit it is very shameless in the way it sounds like 'Padam Padam' and 'Can't Get You Out of My Head' were put through an AI generator.

I'm going with 'Someone For Me' again but, knowing it's not likely to go anywhere yet, I'm on board with 'Dance to the Music' going. I think it's a cute bop but does lean towards the filler side.

I don't love MOM but it doesn't annoy me as much as LCA
Edge of Saturday Night and Lights Camera Action i have definitely gone off a good bit, i always felt they wouldnt be songs that would last the test of time for me, i dont dislike them but im not eager to listen to them either at the moment, my oh my is kinda in the same category.
'Edge of Saturday Night' is still doing it for me, I love listening to it on the treadmill. 'Lights Camera Action' I appreciate for what it is, but it's by no means a Kylie classic.
Yeah ‘Edge of Saturday Night’ has held up really well in my affections. Shame nothing came of it in terms of chart success.

This t2 survivor is making me rediscover the album again

. What a joy! It’s holding on so much better than tension did, where I only ever listen to PP and Vegas high

Dance Alone, easily the worst song, sounds dated and the production was lazy.

All this!

My Oh My currently her 2nd most watched daily video on Youtube after CGYOOMH. MOM is 33rd on her all time list.
