I feel like these album formats are going to be ineligible? I don't think the OCC tolerates randomised photo cards. Not that it really matters considering the album's already reached #1 in the compilation chart.

A lot of artists do the randomised artcards thing, don’t they? It’s especially prominent with K-Pop album released, isn’t it?

Albums with photo cards will definitely be discounted from the charts, it’s why so many Kpop groups chart low over here compared to America.

From what I can tell an album with a "free gift" has to retail at 20% than an album without,

Could be wrong but that s how I read it on the OCC rules page

I believe it’s specifically albums with random photo cards that are discounted.

Yeah Taylor gets around it by making sure each CD has the same photos in it!

The randomisation of K-pop photo cards is deemed as a way of encouraging multiple sales. specifically to try and collect all the photo cards. OCC doesn’t like that! Recent example was KATSEYE EP physicals not counting to the chart because of it.

Finally listened to this a bit after watching the film. Some of the songs don't quite hit so hard not having the visuals there they're meant to go hand in hand with (What It Sounds Like most notably but still a major bop).

Golden... I don't really get the hype over I'm ngl, it wasn't my favourite watching the film and that certainly hasn't changed here. How It's Done, Takedown and Your Idol >

This has taken over my life this past week 🤣🤣 my two nephews only recently got into it but they are obsessed, and they stayed with me this past week and any time we were in the car they wanted the soundtrack and all they wanted to watch was the music videos lol. I finally watched the film over the weekend, wow I was very impressed, brilliant film and incredible soundtrack! I’m so happy to see the success it’s having, brilliant songs. Your idol is my fave!

Your Idol is a great track, parts of it weirdly remind me of Ariana Grande - Focus specifically the half Korean half English line "you can't look away" has a similar melody to "I'm over here doin' what I like"

WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE needs a moment other than Free its the only uncharted 1 song 🥲 (unless we count Hunt/x version of Takedown)
