Wow Chappell *.* it was a tough one to predict numbers-wise, as the new material curiosity streams for ‘The Giver’ wouldn’t be there this time, but it’s been much better received than ‘The Giver’ and had been circulating in live performance form for a while.

Great to see, hopefully the largely positive reception provides stability, would be my favourite #1 of the year so far.

4 milll in the US will be a close race there too

Its so funny to me that song always gets a streaming boast at the beginning of August when that’s the exact opposite of the songs meaning, the chorus is literally:

"August slipped away like a moment in time"
