Official Charts Report

Following Chappell Roan’s Number 1 debut with The Subway last week, former chart-toppers HUNTR/X (of Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters) are taking her on with Golden to claim another week at the top.

Golden is currently in the lead at Number 1, but with The Subway not far behind at Number 2, there's still plenty to play for before Friday's final Official Singles Chart.

Meanwhile, Disco Lines & Tinashe are eyeing up a new peak of Number 4 with No Broke Boys, while A Little More, Ed Sheeran’s latest single from upcoming eighth studio album Play, is riding high at Number 8 and set to claim this week’s highest new entry.

Outside the Top 10, Justin Bieber’s Yukon is up eight places to Number 16 after 48 hours, a potential new peak for the track. Finally, High On Me by DJ and producer Rossi. and Irish singer Jazzy could return to its previous peak of Number 19.

The Official Chart: First Look offers a first glance of the Top 20 ahead of Friday’s Official Singles Chart Top 100. The chart is based on preliminary sales and early streaming reports.

Rooting for Ethel Cain <3 if Preachers daughter belated vinyl release could go top 10, think the fanbase might be big

There are vinyls this time but only 1 variant (black) so not a lot of incentives

I wonder if we could see Curtain Call rebound into the top 10 due to Eminem’s documentary in the cinemas this week?

  4. No Broke Boys

  5. Dior

Id be all for that hitting top spot over Oasis potentially reclaiming pole position again

The Royston Club were my favourite discovery of last year so I hope the new album does well (not sure what well would look like - top 20 maybe?)

Their debut album got to #16, so I’d agree with that.

Nobody heard of halestorm? They seem to be selling the best from what I’ve seen. Metal group

Like their songs but don't think they'll be contending for number one- their last album reached number 9 with 5,108 sales. Download sales are extremely low so iTunes probably isn't the best indicator of what will be number one.

I know of them thanks to glee covering Here's to Us (Halestorm version is much better although leahs vocals on the glee version) didnt realise they were still going

Id love Chappell to hold on in the singles for a 2nd week but its unlikely for now, maybe some other week but either way its good that it did manage at least 1 week at number 1.
