Well I may as well not have asked this question - in fact it's amazing that some people did guess the same person in the end! (if someone can convince me Grace carter is a correct answer I'll reconsider, I was literally just going off PolyHex)

Apparently Grace was on that No.1 Covid-era cover of Times Like These. Not sure if the artists were credited separately on that though or (presumably) as an ensemble.

Yay a better start today!

Eva Simons stuck in my head as apparently 'Silly Boy' was predicted to be massive on here but then missed the U.K. top 100 entirely, oops x

Andy Pipkin and Brian Potter both mentioned lol

Yeah thats what i went with 🤣 was looking for obscure names on charity singles 🤣🤣

Incidentally, Polyhex only covers the Top 75, so if any of these artists had their own songs peaking only between 76-100, they wouldn't show there.

Ah yes you're right - in which case I'll just trust you all then lol

She went number 100 in Ireland but never the UK if that counts 😅

Nevermind apparently occ says she had 4 sales only

No incorrect answers! cheer *waits for someone to correct me and say one of them is wrong* Mid-2010s rent-a-rapper Quavo 'wins' this one though with four different people going for him!

^ i thought ultravox would be popular !!

I went really very obscure into the lower reaches of the 90s charts so glad it paid off. But I did consider David Essex too.

Surprised ZZ Top counts as it only has one of those four letters (repeated), whereas all the others have at least two, but open to interpretation I guess.

Im going with the it doesnt say 2 DIFFERENT, just says 2 of so can use same letter twice thats my defence your honour

Yay remembering that awful Comic Relief single from 2007 finally came to good use lol.

Surprised only Roba and I went for Suzi Quatro. I couldn’t think of anyone else. 😅
