At this stage (and maybe I'm pulling in some bias that Rich mentioned in the other thread), I'd put Mothertopia as the front runner. What I've taken away from comments in listenthroughs and the semi threads is that the electronic/alt fans have a lot to vote for and they have 20-odd songs in their considerations which could mean a split. There's not quite as much split in the pop department but I think X is the most likely to crossover and nab some of those 4s and 5s from other crowds too. It's got that Blackout-style Britney kind of vibe which I think could grab points from all over.

Take these with a rather large pinch of salt this month. As you can see, 5/1 for the favourite isn't exactly convincing. I think it will be very close between a few contenders. POPHub feels like it should unite pop voters and a good section of alt voters due to its structure, the only thing possibly standing in its way with some pop voters is its length, but it's a very daring and inspired pop entry.

Kath's has that big Eurodance smash sound to it that could easily unite voters. If it's anything like last time then there could be a lot of pop songs in the top ten, and Mothertopia, FARC and Hendinia feel like they have the right ingredients (although I'm keeping my eye on République d’Áskorza, feels like one that comes up from behind after making it out of a very unfavourable semi).

Cumulonimbia I definitely could see taking it, A-Konohagakure has a very epic feel to it, and then there's us, and it's hard to be objective there so I don't know.

Lots of strong top 5/10 contenders under the line too! Don't (ever) rule out Aeroche with a bop.

I guess it makes sense with continuing the recently recycled artist winners - surprising it came so low in that poll but not convinced everyone that votes in that listens to every option as the big names tend to dominate (that Mel C song is far from great).

I would be shook (and love) a POPHub win, but I just think the length is a tough sell to some.

I'm convinced it is Mothertopia vs Kathaldazia vs FSR Rontvia

It’s an interesting one. Because the length will make it lose some votes with the pop bloc and gain some with the alt bloc. Not convinced Mothertopia has the same crossover appeal to the alt bloc, but it can certainly go harder with the pop bloc.

Kath’s has the same magic dust as many other winners - and indeed many of their entries - so yeah it’s certainly in the mix.

Jane Inc. length doesn’t even feel that long in all honesty!!!

So I am throwing all my money on POPHub this month, and I got that feeling it could do big things as soon as I heard it
